Returns Policy

You may return or exchange new, unopened devices within 14 days of delivery. Defective items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase and will only be approved after inspection upon return receipt. If a return/exchange is denied, an email will be sent to you with an explanation as to the reason for denial. Reasons for denial include, but are not limited to: obvious customer misuse or customer damage while in possession of the item that caused the defect (Dropping item, getting wet, etc.).

Customer is responsible for shipping costs regardless of reason for return/exchange. The only exception is if the item is not the item(s) you ordered (misship). Return shipping will be paid by VapeLuxe for exception items.

 

There are no returns or exchanges on any liquids. The only exception is if there was a shipping error and the product must be returned with the seal intact for a refund or exchange. Subject to verification upon return receipt. 14 day return/exchange policy applies on liquids for misships, beginning on the day of purchase.

 

We will immediately process defective and/or misship exchanges upon receipt. Please allow 2 weeks turnaround for your exchange to arrive at your door, even though in most cases you will receive your exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (up to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day) and the time to ship it and have it arrive at your location.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any U.S. address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, requiring a longer transit time (ex: batteries). 


You will receive a notification with a tracking number once the item has been shipped. Processing time is typically 1 business day (excluding weekends), but please be aware that there may occasionally be delays.
